Recently Bhagnjali was in news when she filed case against tamil actor Velu. He as been inflicting mental torture and harassment by stalking her and constantly pestering her to marry him ever since she co-starred with him in Unnai Kadhalikiraen.Her complaint to the City Police Commissioner alleged that she became friendly with him after acting together in the Tamil film, but that he misunderstood her and resorted to issuing threats.
